3. Payment and Refunds:

Upon termination, your license to use CopyPilot shall cease, and you must immediately cease all use of CopyPilot.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility: All subscription purchases are non-refundable. Once a subscription payment is processed, it is considered final and cannot be refunded, partially or in full.

2. Trial Periods: If a trial period is offered, cancellation during the trial will prevent any subsequent charges. However, no refunds will be provided for the trial period itself.

3. Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted service. You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal through your account settings.

4. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the billing cycle.

5. Modifications and Discontinuations: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription services or any part thereof without notice. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.

6. Special Circumstances: In exceptional cases of technical issues or service disruptions caused by us, we may, at our discretion, provide compensation.

7. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CopyPilot regarding the use of CopyPilot, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
